This Data Processing Addendum forms part of the agreement between Top Trenz UK Ltd (trading as Pawfectly Booked) as data processor and your dog grooming business as data controller. It sets out definitions, the roles of each party, the scope and purpose of processing, and our obligations as processor when handling personal data on your behalf.
The addendum also covers our use of subprocessors, international data transfers, data retention and deletion, your audit rights, liability, and governing law. It is designed to help UK dog grooming businesses meet their obligations under UK GDPR when using Pawfectly Booked to store client and pet data.
