My clients have found it really straightforward too, and the automatic appointment reminders have been fantastic. They've significantly reduced no-shows and save me from having to send reminder messages manually. One of my favourite features is being able to set appointments as requests rather than instant bookings. This allows both new and existing clients to request appointments, but nothing is confirmed until I approve it. It's been a huge help, especially when managing reactive dogs, as I can make sure appointments are scheduled on suitable days and avoid any potential issues. Overall, I absolutely love the system and have already been recommending it to all of my fellow dog groomers. I honestly can't imagine going back! 🐾

Facebook Review — I’m a solo groomer and was impressed with the wart chart and teeth chart - it means I can go totally paperless. The iCal will help me so much as my current software doesn’t update my google calendar (they’ve been say it’s in the pipeline for over a year 🤦🏻‍♀️) so I have to manually enter it all - but now. No more double / forgotten bookings!
